How do I upload my graphic templates? what format should it be in? can I upload graphic templates by myself?
To upload your graphic templates to the Evrideo platform, you will be required to send the graphic templates directly to your account manager.
This should include the Graphic template and a Video reference of the graphic template.

In the system's current state, all graphic templates are uploaded by the Evrideo Team
Once the Graphic template is received, our graphic team will convert the template to the proper format and prepare it for upload.
After the Graphic template is ready, it will be sent to you for approval, and only after that will the graphic template be uploaded to your tenant.
We can receive graphics in any accepted format, such as PNG, GIF, MOV, AE Projects, TGA/PNG Sequences
