Scheduling Graphics using the "AutoPilot."
How to Schedule the created graphic instances using the AutoPilot Tool
Click on the autopilot tab to schedule the graphic. The autopilot flow will define how the graphics appear, where, and when.

Defining a rule starts with giving it a name; we will call it "NOW." It is also advised to add a date so it will be easy to track creation time. Choose a color to identify the rule and click "Next."

The next step is to drag and drop this specific instance. Let's take the previously created "NOW test," drag and drop it to the square, and click "Next."

The next step is to choose the trigger for the graphic to appear: Time based, video-based, or always on. Mostly we will choose the video base option and click "Next."

Next, we need to choose if we want the graphics to be seen on all videos or only on selected videos.
We will choose "selected videos" if we want graphics to be shown only on specific video types or videos from a specific duration.
The selection of the videos will be according to their tagging.
For example, if we choose the graphics to be shown only in movies, we will select the movie tag. We can also select multiple tags in different correlations like "and," "or" and "not." Choose "not" to exclude those tags so that all other videos will use these graphics.

Next, we need to set when the graphic appears on the videos.
We can either choose it to be through the whole duration of the videos so it will go up from the beginning until the end of the item, or we choose a specific time either from the beginning or from the end of the item.
Once done with this stage, click "next."

We will choose to run the rule forever or set a specific date and time for this graphic to be available at this stage.

This is the last step; once we hit "Next," our rule is ready to be used, but it will be disabled until we enable it.

Any rule can be deleted or edited.
Editing is possible only for rules that are disabled; trying to edit an enabled rule will fail; please disable it first and then edit.
